Aloha Athletics was founded by Lindsey Tilton and Casey McCullough in effort to empower paddlers of all levels. Aloha Athletics isn't just a training platform, it's a community. We grew our friendship on the water training and we know first-hand how the water and this sport can bring people together. At Aloha Athletics you will find training plans, podcasts, informative blog posts, community paddle meetups, and more!
Lindsey has a passion for pushing boundaries and helping others realize their own strength to achieve their goals. Lindsey currently holds the female record for Last Paddler Standing, paddling for 48 consecutive hours on the water. As an Iron Crusader, she has paddle boarded from the Bahamas to Florida in X4CF, showcasing her endurance and resilience. Drawing from her background as a former marathon runner and certified yoga teacher, Lindsey brings a unique perspective to paddle coaching, emphasizing the fusion of physical and mental strength. With expertise in mindset mastery, she seamlessly integrates meditation, breathwork, visualization, and other techniques to optimize performance and ensure success in the world of stand-up paddleboarding.
Casey has been a competitive sports enthusiast her whole life, which ignited the fire for her nutrition & dietetics degree and career, 3x professional skimboarding world championship titles, 2021 Crossing For Cystic Fibrosis overall solo champion title, and her current athletic goals on and off the water. Weather it's SUP, prone paddling, surfing, skimboarding, nutrition, or karaoke, Casey's philosophy is, "Live joyfully, but to do so one must prioritize the health of their mind and body, try new things, meet new people, work hard, and play harder."
