From Zero Experience to Record-Breaker

I didn't grow up athletic. I made excuses to skip gym class. But chasing goals that felt impossible transformed me, taking me from zero experience to setting female course records at some of the toughest endurance races—including becoming the first woman to complete the Alabama 650 on a paddleboard.
