ITINERARY

Day 1
Wednesday
Touch down in Colorado and take your first breath of mountain air. We'll check your gear, meet your crew, and set intentions over dinner. The adventure begins.
Day 2
Thursday
Wake up with breathwork, then hit the trails for an acclimation hike through wildflower meadows. Push your edges in a sauna and cold plunge session. Visualize tomorrow's summit. Wind down with evening yoga.
Day 3
Friday
This is it. Summit day. You'll climb Grays and Torreys Peak, 14,000+ feet of proving to yourself what you're made of. Celebrate with your crew over dinner and reflect on what you just accomplished.
Day 4
Saturday
You earned this. Soak your muscles and your soul in natural hot springs. Let the mountains sink in. Rest, recover, and soak up time with your new ohana.
Day 5
Sunday
One last breakfast together. A closing circle to seal the experience. Then you head home, different than when you arrived.

KEY EXPEDITION INFORMATION

What if the weather is bad on summit day? +

Safety is our top priority. If the forecast looks better on Thursday rather than Friday, we'll swap days. If we can't summit, we have alternative mountains in place to hike. If hiking isn't feasible, another activity to push comfort zones will take place.

What do I need to bring? +

A detailed packing list will be provided before the expedition.

What's NOT included? +

Flights are and not included.

What is the refund policy? +

Expeditions are non-refundable. However, you may request a one-time transfer of your registration to a future expedition.

What are the sleeping arrangements? +

Accommodations are at a premium Denver retreat house. There are shared and private rooms available on a first come first serve basis. Bedrooms include queen beds and bunk beds with queen mattresses. Room assignments will be coordinated before the trip. Bringing a partner? A discounted rate is available for couples sharing a bed. No matter what room you select there is plenty of space within the house to relax.
