Day 1 - Wednesday
Arrive &
Connect
Touch down in Colorado and take your first breath of mountain air. Gear check, crew introductions, and intention setting over dinner. The adventure begins.
1Day 2 - Thursday
Acclimate &
Prepare
Wake up with breathwork, hit the trails for an acclimation hike through wildflower meadows, then push your edges in a sauna and cold plunge. Evening yoga and summit visualization.
2Day 3 - Friday
Summit
Day
This is it. Grays and Torreys Peak - 14,000 feet of proving to yourself what you are made of. Celebrate with your crew. Reflect on what you just accomplished.
3Day 4 - Saturday
Rest &
Restore
You earned this. Soak your muscles and your soul in natural hot springs. Let the mountains sink in. Rest, recover, and soak up time with your new ohana.
4Day 5 - Sunday
Carry It
Home
One last breakfast together. A closing circle to seal the experience. You head home different than when you arrived - and that is the whole point.

KEY EXPEDITION INFORMATION
What if the weather is bad on summit day? +
Safety is our top priority. If the forecast looks better on Thursday rather than Friday, we'll swap days. If we can't summit, we have alternative mountains in place to hike. If hiking isn't feasible, another activity to push comfort zones will take place.
What do I need to bring? +
A detailed packing list will be provided before the expedition.
What's NOT included? +
Flights are and not included.
What is the refund policy? +
Expeditions are non-refundable. However, you may request a one-time transfer of your registration to a future expedition.
What are the sleeping arrangements? +
Accommodations are at a premium Denver retreat house. There are shared and private rooms available on a first come first serve basis. Bedrooms include queen beds and bunk beds with queen mattresses. Room assignments will be coordinated before the trip. Bringing a partner? A discounted rate is available for couples sharing a bed. No matter what room you select there is plenty of space within the house to relax.
